I have an 8 x 12 grow room (flower room) with 4x 1000w lights and no windows. I just cut out a hole to fit the window a/c and works just fine. Also note that I use cool tubes on all the lights that is vented from outside the room. Daytime temps during the summer stayed around 85-88 degrees. The only problem was the high humidity since I am running ebb and flo tables but a cheap dehumidifier (40.00 off craigslist) did the trick.

Also I am going to upgrade from 4 x 1000w magnetic ballast to 6 x 600w digital ballast to cut down on heat outside grow room and save a little on electric usage.

If I were going to run that many lights I would seriously consider the Ice Box setup from Hydro inovations. Google it for more info. There is a youtube video showing the setup cooling 5 or 6 aircooled lights. I plan on upgrading in the future myself.
