Best use of booster fan

Hey all,

I have a 400cfm booster fan, and was thinking of running:
Carbon Filter > 745cfm Fan > Duct > Light hood > Ducting out of tent > Booster.

Would the fan be of better use before the first light hood, or is it gonna be most efficient placed somewhere near the exhaust end of this venting?

That works, you can also put the fan at the end of the line, as centrifugal fans are more efficient sucking than pushing.
