Best training method & veg time for 19 x 34" space?

Hey IC!

I'm starting up my second grow rocking 200 watts of home made LED cobs and the best stealth setup possible. I was planning on doing 2 X fruitylicious and 2X Aurora Indica in 3 gal smart pots.

I was planning on doing 1 top and then SCROG but is 4 plants in a 19 x 34 inch space too tight for efficient scrog? Bit worried about topping as well since I haven't done it before and I don't want to kill my plants.

I could grow regular tree style or do LST as well.

Thoughts?

thats 1.5'x3' for 4 plants. Seems tight for that many plants. Having said that, you have a bunch of options you could leave em like SoG. Or if you're not going to SCRoG you can LST like you mention or top/fim. I think the easiest thing might be LST and Top/fim you can manipulate the branches, move the plants and fill up the space throughout the grow. I usually FIM myself and LST the the branches however which way I want.

I'd say your going to yield as much from your 4 plants as you would off a 2 plant Scrog. That isn't much room, and too much foliage with 4 plants to get much penetration. I don't care what kind of lst you do, or trimming, your 4 plants will be tight in there.

As far as topping, its easy. I watched a video or 2, and just did it. It helps if you have a nice small set of trimmers to get in there. Mine are a bit bigger then a credit card.

I think I've decided to go FIM/TOP and then LST instead of the SCROG. Once I find a good pheno I'll take some clones and do a 2 plant SCROG next round with perpetual harvest.

Dr Stickyfingers - have you had good results with FIM? I've heard it's a risk of killing the plant but seems to be quicker than a top since it basically tops it twice in one cut right?
