Been thinking of doin some LST on a few of my plants...just to try it out and see what happens...is it best to do it at the end of the day, kind of like transplanting ? What stage of growth is best to start ?...any input is appreciated thanks

I do most of my training in the am hours , I like to have a full days time to see how it responds to the light and if anything else needs to be done . I do not train per say like I did long ago with smaller grows but I do supercrop as it is known on a daily basis . I gently break and form the branches and tops to my liking for an even canopy and bushy plants in general with an occasional cut if need be to enhance such . I have also done this just before putting the plants into the dark period but it is only if it is a must .

I generally start to shape and form seedlings into what I want withing a few weeks of age , clones I shape once well rooted and transplanted .:weed:
