Basically anything between 3000k and 4000k will do the job.

Some people prefer the 3000k for the higher photon count and/or for the extra portion of red photons.

Others prefer the 4000k for its raw efficiency and\or for its higher ration of blue photons.

3500k is nestled in the middle and some people dig that.

Hard to say which is 'best' at the moment. Since what's 'best' varies from person to person.

I am getting my things from Jerry and found a nice place here in Brazil who makes great heatsinks. So I don't have to import that... Ohhh... relief.

Can I place my cobs on a 3mm aluminium plate and then bolt it onto my heatsink with a layer of silver thermal paste? I am looking for a passive solution. So what size should my heat sinks have to dissipate this heat passively if possible? I can bolt two profiles of 8,5" by 35" onto a 3mm aluminum plate. 35" by 17"? Do I still need a fan?

My setup is almost the same as @DoctorDelta9, only my plants are arranged on a 3.4ftX2.5ft row. I have two rows, so I will build two lamps. By the way, what BINS you have of these CXBs? And what BINS should I bother Jerry with?
