PeakseedsBC Sweet Skunk are really single cola dominant unless they get quite a bit of veg time.
Also high quality sativa dominant smoke that finishes in a reasonable time. And cheap.
Not sure it's "the one", as that's pretty subjective, but if you're a sativa fan you won't be let down IMO.

India dominate strains should give you that. Hybrids can be hit or miss. Like OG#18, I grew this strain last year. Some clones went into a raised bed spaced twelve inches apart. These soil had the x mass tree look, while the one that went directly in the ground was super branchy with over three dozen large colas. I didn't femm or top. Only difference was the amount of soil given to each plant

Sativa grows track like x mass tree but very branch y and very tall. I wouldn't recommend them for a reliable single cola. Plus they give small buds. India's are shorter but more dense

While some strains are more branchy then others, I don't think I've ever seen one grown naturally that did NOT have some lower branches or side growth.
If you really want one big cola per plant, the way to get it is to prune off all lower branches so the plant CAN make only one cola.
