can anyone offer the best site to get seeds, hypothetically say, to somewhere that it is not lawful, like the states. was planning on getting "the church feminized" by green house seeds from dr. chronic but it says they do not ship to the USA. does anyone have any good suggestions?
best way to order seeds is with cash and a p.o box, but even if you send it to your house they cant prove its yours if your caught unless you leave a transaction history.so when ordering from Hemp Depot, you can do normal s&h for 5 or fast for 10... is it more suspicious or noteworthy if it is shipped quicker than normal?
