Best Sativa for South East?

What would be the best 100% Sativa to Grow in the south? Hoping this will come back every year on it's own like wild fire. Must be imperious to mold, extreme heat and mild winters.

I was thinking Ace Nepolese Jam or ??

Hawaiin snow, Orient express, golden tiger, malawai or panama....check out new zealand or hawaiin forums seen some good ones of panama etc some can still suffer from mold tho
