Best Reflector Shade for Yield?

Alrite guys, just wondering what you all think is the best reflector to use to get the most from your plants?

Personally had pretty good results from cool tubes but been told that adjust-a-wings are the way forward..what you all reckon is the best ???

Yeah, I built mine. I got 4x8 sheets of the Reflective German aluminum they make it out of on the internet from hydrofarm I think it was, built a reflector and lined my 2x4 cabinet with it for $200.00 the cool tube too. I didnt put that reflective stuff inside the tube though.

Built my own. Was gonna use the german reflective material, but ended up just taking really thin aluminum sheet and polishing it really well. Made straps to hold a cool tube for each bulb too.
