Best ppm for veg and flowering???

So I've been doing a little research and I get mixed reviews about PPM (500). One source mentions starting at 300 and increasing 50 to 75 every week until you get to 900. Would anyone have some feed back as to how I should go about this?

Sounds about right , i personally start at 200 when i know my plant can handle nutes and from there own increase 75 each week, i'll stop at 1200 and increase 50 there after vefore slowly until i determine the max my plant can take.

200 minimum to be feeding
1400 maximum to be feeding, try work between these 2 for best results.
