Hey growers, what's the best method for long term storage? How long can you leave flowers in air tight jars? Indefinitely?

Convert it to us dollars, vacuum seal, and store in cool dry airtight container. Why sit on it?

Freeze it? It's just for infusion so maybe I should dry it out all the way? Lol Scombover.

Freeze it,
it will slowly change and deteriorate in jars,
it has stayed stable in the freezer for months in my experience.

Makes sense.

I need to get a vacuum sealer. Right now it's at 57% RH, I'm wondering if I should dehydrate it before I freezing since it's only for infusion where taste isn't paramount.
