Best LED for an organic small grow?

Yes I know there is a thread with 4000 posts about LED's but about 3900 consist of a ping pong match between those for LED's and those against. It's impossible to navigate. Also there's a lot of hybrid grows mixing various types of light. I'm looking for one light to do it all or do nothing at all.

I tried the Blackstar and was not impressed. I'm not overly impressed by the cost of certain makers running around $1500+. Is there a decent inbetween light that justifies the cost relative to a personal grow?

I too became frustrated with the LED thread to which you refer. I too am considering LEDs for a small grow; specifically, a 3x3 tent that currently has a 400-watt HPS.

It seems like Blackstar is on the low end of the "good LEDs" list, so I'm not really considering that brand anymore. These seem the be the manufacturers that people in that long, awful, troll-filled thread said positive things about:

you dont NEED an LED light to do that job, and it will be expensive to do.... but this IS the one you want....
