bent stem...help!

So ive got this unknown strain in its 4th week of veg. Played with it a lil rough last night and bent a stem. it didnt break but when i woke this morning all the leaves on the whole plant were drooping. Did i just shock the hell out of it or what?

Splint it with something like a wooden spoon. Leave it alone. It will probably be okay. I have done it more than once. We all have. Careful with water to not overwater while it heals but it will form a callous and be stronger.

Bending stems will not shock a plant into drooping.
