This is my first grow, so needless to say I'm a noob, even with the copious amounts of research I've been doing. I germinated this seed with the paper towel method, and then placed it into my black-gold potting soil. I'm using a small cup, so as to not overwater. Even still, I'm very careful with how much water I give it, because I'm paranoid of overwatering. I've got it under 2 42W CFLs. It's now four days old, and looked quite healthy this morning. It started to stretch a bit, so I decided to fill in the pot with more soil. This is when the evil compacted ball of dirt rolled out of the cup I was sprinkling in, and slammed my seedling. It bent, at an obtuse-like angle. I panicked. I figured it would fix itself since it didn't snap. Anyways, I come back home (about 3 hours later) and the two fan leaves it has are starting to point downward. The cotyledons, however, are standing up higher than they were when I left. Other than that, it looks happy and healthy. This is my first grow, and just seeing those fan leaves start to curl down made me sad. Is it doomed? I'll try to post a pic within the next few hours.
TL;DR - Accidently bent seedling a bit, 4 hours later fan leaves are hanging down and cotyledons are pointing up. wat do
