Beginners Aero, which nutes to use

I've had a homemade Aero setup going for about a week now, and im using Flora Nova grow.. It seems to be not so soluble and im getting some build up on the roots and net pots. I originally thought it was dust from the hydroton, but i've ruled this out since i rinsed it for 2 hours before i used it. My question is if anyone has any suggestions on what nutes to use, or if i can use anything to battle the build up.. Thanks.

I use regular flora and don't have any problems. I just follow the directions on the label and change the water every two weeks.

The PH is good, about 6.5. The Res is at about 88 degrees though. I'm using hygrozyme to keep the pathogens out.. Actually the res is at 88 when I run it constantly, but i've been running it 15 minutes on and 15 minutes off to get the temp down, but I haven't checked the Temp yet..

your rez temp is really higher and your ph should be alot lower, id say 5.8 being what you want. and without checking im pretty positive your rez temps should never be higher than 75-80 degrees...max. id fix this asap as you are setting your self up for alot of problems down the road.

Temps and ph are to high. Some people mix the nova in a container with some of the rez water and shake the shit out of it.

Thanks for the info guys, but the Nova has gone bad because i have the same problem in my DWC in the other room. I'm gonna chuck it and maybe get the sensi grow?? As for the PH i got that in check already..
