Beginner advice please

Hey all I'm about to start my very first grow but to be honest I've been paranoid and had the stuff in storage could've started over 3 months ago and had a harvest ready now (could really use the green right now too lol).

I'm renting and I'm a bit worried about stealth for one and the helicopters that fly over my house twice a week or so.. I was wondering how do I keep the grow hidden? I'm using a 4x4 tent so I have no idea how to hide something this big in my house.. maybe a custom built cabinet would be better? so far I have

x5 critical kush, x1 northern lights cross skunk and x2 kerala cross skunk (non feminised)
Growlush 600w HPS/MH dual spectum lamp/ballast/cooltube
yo yo hangers
secret jardin dr120 4x4 (haven't purchased considering a cabinet)
growlush 8 inch 440cfm (or more) centrifugal fan

The plan is to grow all 8 seeds in a 3x3 or 4x4 area (be it a tent or cab) or possibly just 6 seeds and leaving out the x2 non feminised ones but I'm not sure which way to go.

The other thing is I have this " mate" who unfortunately knows I'm growing/planning to and I'm on terms where I don't want to see him, very much a user but this friend keeps popping by announced despite no contact(interest of using), asking me how my grows going, always making his way inside picking up valuables and looking through my drawers and shit... This is the last bloody burden I wanted and has completely halted my grow, I don't know how to get him off my back (he will stop buy one month later unannounced and practically try and sly/force his way through the front door, literally will walk down and open the door to find out, none of his business but he doesn't care zero respect it's baffling). Just want him to **** off and disappear for the time being.

I was hoping to make the grow mobile so hopefully if something does happen I can relocate it within 10 minutes or so, the main problem is the friend hanging on me like a vulture, I don't see how I can go ahead with this now in my life, have any of you guys grown in a similar situation?

my friend . you only have a 4/4 tent . police are not looking for a 4/4 tent . lol they are looking for a guy with over 100 plants and that has the Cadillac escalade in the drive way and those 3 motorcycles . and the big fat gold chain rims on your truck big old gold watch . is this you ? keep in my I run 3 computers in a room and 12 monitors . . and the heat is stupid if I close the door . so will the choppers see this on there uv heat meter ? shit yea. do they care if its only 1 room . shit no . now if they fly over and the entire house is 30 f over every body else temps there is a problem . that grower needs to set up a high tech tool so he dot stand out . this is in grows where they burn 10 or more 1000 watt lights it does get toasty . so this high tech tool will keep him concealed from those pesky choppers . get legal . or buy a few fans suck that heat right out of the house . problem solved . industrial fans .

The friend is def an issue. Have you ever thought about guerilla grow? Or you can do something to make sure he doesn't want to come back! I still would be a little taken back about growing around me because of the disrespectful friend. #1 rule trust noone when it comes growing weed and knowing where you do it. Good Luck bro.
