Before you buy a Super Vapezilla...

The following is a letter I received from [email protected].

There is currently an unexpected 8-10 week delay in fulfilling orders
for the Super or Classic Vapezilla due to a secondary vendor. Once the order
ships, we will include a free Phedor in your order for your inconvenience. Once
again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this delay. Thanks for the

Are they taking the piss? I just can't help but imagine the guy laughing when he wrote that last part.

Many, many companies are having problems exporting things into the US becomes of extremely strict customs regulations. Thats why I went with volcano, they have a factory in the US

I am one of the unfortunate souls who has placed an order with wicked roots.
You're lucky you even got a reply from them.
They haven't had the courtesy to reply to my enquiry about shipping times....but they can take my money pretty fast. This company is all fucked up....disgusting customer relations.....sorry...what customer relations.
