Good thing they had those body cameras. Oh no the governor of NC, bathroom Bill Boy just signed a law that the public can't view body cam footage. Who voted for him?
That's right cop dick sucking muyloconc. Host another pig picking for them bro. I feel safer already.

I have seen a study where white people and black people do a shit job of pointing the opposite race out of a lineup.

The black guy could have been a little cooperative the way I see it if you can't run turn around and put your hands behind your back. Cops could have shot that guy and got away with it as he could have been reaching for a gun as an excuse.

Wouldn't have been a problem if he got cuffed and the cops realized he was the wrong guy they would have no choice but to let him go.

So this was the black guys fault? All he asked for was to see the warrant, which was well within his rights.

Yes, this is a major problem with our society that is not going to go away anytime soon or maybe never.
I have been unfairly treated by the police myself. I have been beaten up, thrown in jail for taking one puff of joint and having only one joint in possession. I have seen other people being unfairly treated and being beaten up by the police. But one thing I have learned from all my bad experiences from the police , if you dont want to be treated unfairly and take a chance on getting beaten up, shot or tasered like this young man in the video, no matter how much you hate them, which I do, you have got to show some sign of surrendering to these motherfuckin pigs or your going to end up in a very bad situation. Either dead or in the hospital or be charged with a crime that you really didn't mean to commit but they lured you into it.
I know a guy that did 25 years in the state pen for rape because he was in the wrong place at the wrong time and looked exactly like the person who committed the rape. So fucked up things happen to people all the time, its just part of life you got to deal with . This was before DNA testing so he couldn't prove anything.

They never showed me a warrant until I was cuffed searched and at the police station. So yeah it was his fault for being a dumb dumb. Things do go smoother if you don't act like a retard.

That's YOUR fault. You had a right to ask. The police aren't supposed to just be allowed to handcuff you "just because". They didn't even know who this young man was. Why is that OK?

Your Right of Defense Against Unlawful Arrest. “Citizens may resist unlawful arrestto the point of taking an arresting officer's life if necessary.” Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306. This premise was upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in the case: John Bad Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529.

I can't agree with that. Because, and I'm only saying this because I dunno the story, but based on that info, they fucked you, too. That attitude of submission (i.e. Cops are right, your fault) and inaction is going to keep us in this police state, prison industrial complex bullshit. No, the cop wasn't right in either case.

The more you allow the police to get away with, the more the police will be allowed to get away with.

So I should have resisted arrest possibly got myself shot tasered for sure like this guy and charged with a crime anyway just for being a douche bag?

Plus I take it no cop has threatened to kill you. Submission sure why not I don't have the opportunity to kill several cops that are standing around me. I fight well I know a guy who did 2-5 for just poking a cop in the chest because he didn't want him on his property cop had no warrant to be on his property. Cops do what they want you don't want a prison bid cooperate that black guy got charges.

I actually did have a warrant but I didn't see it until I was in the station.

You should have stated your case with him, and if you still got arrested, had you brought up in court that he did not furnish a warrant at the time of arrest and that he had only shown you a warrant at the station, it would have been thrown out. If the officer lies, object and tell the court that he is perjuring himself. I'm not calling you dumb, but you only have to be smart enough to know your rights under U.S.C. and local/state code.

On the other hand, I dunno the details of what you got yourself into, either. But it has to start with you. And if you still get fucked, at least you did everything you could to stand up for your rights in a time where cops think we have none.
