Is one closer to the light source? Are both in the exact same soil? I don't get too worried about wonky leaves in a seedling unless it's really looking bad. Most will work out of any issues they have by the 4-5 node. It just has burnt tips slightly which is why I think the feed is too hot from something. It also could be PH related but I doubt that with fresh soil.

The 1st was closer so then I got books for them to be at the same level her leaves are smaller than the other one but other one looks further along it’s weird

Books are a good idea. I've used buckets, bricks, cinder blocks and 2x4 boards to keep my canopy even with different strains. I like to use something I can sterilize and the bricks are easy to soak in a bucket of bleach.
