Bc nutrient kit, need help.

I'm really new at this, I just finished constructing a DWC with an old fish tank. (my ex's beta fish finally died) anyway.... I got some no name seeds from a friend, and I want to mess around. I bought a BC kit that came with:

• B.C. Grow
• B.C. Bloom
• B.C. Boost
• Thrive Alive B-1 Red
• Thrive Alive B-1 Green
• Awesome Blossoms
• MagiCal
• SugarDaddy
• ROOT 66
• Rootech Cloning Gel

Using rockwool as a medium. with a germination dome i bought at a locol home and garden center. I just have a basic grow light. I dont wanna dump too much money into this until I can get a good grasp on a few things.
My question is: Can i use this stuff from seed to seedling. and at
what PPM should I start out at. I'm really excited. Its only a one plant operation in a corner in my room. nothing big. any help would be great. I did read the direction, it was talking about how to start it with cloning. I dont even have a mother plant nor am I ready for cloning yet. any help would be great! thanks for reading guys.

Just water and a ph of 5.9 to 6.3 for the first two weeks. Call the rep hotline and see if a B1 red solution is okay to presoak your cubes in. I'm not sure, and they have the BEST answers. I'm pretty sure it's just for clones though. It's been so long since I've used TechnaFlora on seedlings.
