Bay Area local strains from clone

I am looking for some local nor cal bay area genetics. Wondering whats popular down there right now, have a friend in the medical scene there and he is offering to send me some cuts, but not sure what to ask for or what to expect. What is available at the clinics right now, and what should I be pressing him to find for me from a fellow grower or enthusiast? Trying to get some clone only stuff that I cant find in seed. Input appreciated. Thanks RIU!

I have been reading some strains called y life and sherbert could not tell you where you could get them in the bay. Someone also mentioned nuwave could not tell you the genetics on it nor have I seen it in person.
