Basic question about lighting

just curious on how many whatts each plant should be recieving on a 18-6 veg cycle opposed to a 12-12 flowering light cycle. shoulod there be a difference? and what spectrum of light is best for veg as opposed to flowering?

Minimum of 3000 lumens per square foot for good growth.
