Basic Germ. Questions-pic included

Hello all, Im very new to this site and would like to start off by asking for some help and opinions. I have 5 feminized AKs and 10 fem. PPP's, they are currently still germing in water (its been about 36 hours), and i just added water to my seeder kit. Im using a quad bulb 55w sunbox as seen in the picture, i wanted to know how long I can use this - or at which point I should move these under my 1000w hps hood setup (3-4 weeks?)

three weeks is just about right....make sure to test the temps when you switch over to make sure you;re not overheating the plants
