what happened?

I have tried tiki trading got ripped off, they are a lie
I was desperate for some CBD Therapy and decided to use Tiki Trading/Kiwi seeds because they were the only ones who still carried them. From everything I've read they are a scam but I really don't know what to expect. I ordered about 7 days ago and am not sure whether I should contact my bank or not. There has been 0 communication from there part. Were they in contact with you at all throughout the process? Only thing I have recieved is an order number saying it has been shipped. On seedfinder about 9/10 reviews are saying that they were ripped off. Not really sure what to do, would love to hear your thoughts.

Appreciate it. I will probably give it another week or so until I throw in the towel. I've contacted them about 5 times now from 3 different email addresses on both kiwiland's website and tiki tradings website. First time I email them it's always a response. Once I mention that I would like to check on my order number or that I would like an update/shipping number they never reply. I think this has happened 4 times so far. After checking numerous reviews on seedfinder it seems that 90% of the people have been scammed. I received an email with an order number from them about a week ago so I will give them the benefit of the doubt for now. Do you live in the United States? If they did scam me I will not be taking it lightly. I have the means/resources to entirely destroy their online reputation. They have a legitimate company that sells far more than just seeds. If this is the case I plan on making them lose thousands and thousands of dollars. I have years of experience with seo, bots, etc so they may have just set themselves up to lose quite a bit of money.
Yea I keep having conflicting thoughts in my head. From the reviews i've seen I keep thinking the worst. On the other hand they are a legitimate company who has to deal with a bank that has strict regulations and rules. If they don't follow these rules they can get into trouble. I'm also a bit sketched out that they were the last company out of about 25 that I checked to actually have CBD therapy in stock. Hopefully i'm just paranoid and over reacting. I will update you 100% with the outcome.
Just wanted to give you an update that the seeds came in the mail today inside of a beenie. Pretty pumped tbh. The seeds say CBD Therapy on them so I think all is good. Hopefully they all germ and the grow goes well. Time will tell. If I remember maybe I'll do a grow log or something.
