Barneys Farm LSD feminized

HELP !!! I just put the seed to germinate LSD today. give me some advice. what kind of bulbs I need? what time should I do? vegetation 18 / 6 (what kind of bulb?) and 12/12 flowering (what kind of bulb?). ? can maintain throughout the plant from seed to harvest of 12 / 12 (what kind of bulb?)? what kind of soil? what kind of fan? what kind of reflective foil? my box is small. 65 cm (26inch). I want to keep the plant small, no taller than 50cm (20inch). how to keep it small? lst, topp.scrog? which one? I wish I had an amount of 40-50 grams of buds after harvest. is this possible? is very very very low budget. I do not want to invest more in equipment. (air foil Current ground bulbs) I want something cheap.

6500K spectrum--Used for vegging, seedlings and clones These lights glow white with a slight blue tint.
2700K spectrum--Used for flowering. These lights glow yellow/orange

those are those spiral cfls though but hey there really cheap and they work!
