well,im not sure if this is the right section to post this.
my friend has a digital 400w ballast he is willing to sell,but the problem is it doesnt always fire up when u plug it in and also doesnt always fire up on schedual with the timer.
he said the shop told him it could be due to oen of the connectors..
in order to start this thing up u have to disconnect and reconnect all of the plugs and unlpug it/replug it in untill it turns on.(u have to check to see the light is on)
could the ballast be a dud and be a short lifer?
