Bagseed weed, is it any good?

Hello RIU,

Just wanted to know what's the best result you've ever gotten with bagseed?

I'm gonna be growin' on coco, with 600w MH/HPS, and in an area of 7x3x7H.

What do you guys think can happen?

My first grow, in the signature, was bag seed and i loved it. Great smoke, but it all depends on the grower, the dry and cure. Thats what makes bud into good or bad bud.

Bagseed can yield awesome genetics too. You never know, someone may have ordered great seeds, but fvcked up a couple of grows, and if you end up getting some of that smoke, with some seeds in it....it could happen.

On the other hand, you might take every precaution and still end up with garbage weed.:cry:

It depends really on the quality of the bud and the age also, then after all that the quality and condition of the seed. No cracks, hard, right size, color... then the chance that it's be male or female, and unless your buying really shitty weed you won't get many seeds at all 1-2 max.
I on the other hand don't some bud with seeds, pure female here.

So imo your better off buying some seeds online like I and most people do.

thats why you start with like 30... take some clones from the ones that live, sex the clones.... then pick the strongest one, and its mother is your new mom :) Pe@ce..

id rather just buy fem seeds and not waste your time space and resources on males. unless you use them for breeding.

yea but fem seeds DNA is more broken down then regularly. fems is like borrowing clones. my fem seed moms always just die after a while... Pe@ce..

I've had a bagseed come out AMAZING.

bagseeds can be just as good as the best strains if you get them out of the right bud.

like if you find a single seed in a huge chronic bud, I'll guarantee you it'll be a female seed.

i have a bunch of bag seeds. some came from the brownest, nastiest, ugly weed imaginable. others came from decent looking/smoking buds. only problem is theyre all mixed up in a glass jar

If you do it right you can turn bagseed into some damn good grown bud. I've done it plenty of times, and it has turned out great. Although one i got from bagseed was really weak, so you never know just do a couple and see what happens.

idk about yall but the bagseed around me is deisel lowryder... took me aloooooong time to figure it out. lol.. PE@CE.

I just sold my bagseed mom.
It turned out alright, and the high was ok'.
It just grew really wierd, and it was taking up too much space in my mother room.

I believe bagseed is good.

There are enough testimonies on here to convince me
its good enough.

I have a question though guys. I am currently growing 3 bagseed.

The weakest one has deformed new leaves coming in, and the 2 bigger
leaves are twisted because of low-moisture stress.

BUT, it has the very distinct smell of citrus.

I'm wondering where the hell this bagseed came from
because none of the schwagg I've smoked recenty, tasted like

citrus.

Its like, I rub my fingers on the leaves and everytime it smells
just like citrus.

Can someone help me convince my boyfriend that bagseed (if grown
correctly) will NOT be the same shit weed as when you got it.

He still doesn't believe me.

Dude, it probably has crap genetics, but that doesn't mean it's horrible. What kind of weed did it come from? Locally grown? Or brick weed?
