I'm growing 2 bagseed plants (from 2 different bags) in peat moss under 2 105w cfl's. They have been growing for about 2 weeks now and one of them is less than an inch tall, but has 16 leaves. The other one is about 4 and a half inches tall with 12 leaves. Is it normal for plants under the same conditions to grow at different rates?
