Bagseed Grow HELP

I just have a couple newb questions. I am on my first grow ever and I am using some Mexican Sativa "Bagseed" for my maiden voyage. My questions are "How long will it take for the buds to fill in "Swell" and does this plant look healthy?" Also, my plant is only 12" tall so what kind of yield "Roughly" should I expect? Thanks in advance and let me know if I placed this in the right thread or not.
