My first official harvest and I am happy because my first ever grow was haulted. From seedling to now, its been awesome. Here are pix of the trimmed bottom branches manicured and hanging in a minifridge. 8.5 wks flowering btw. and will be finished at 9.5 wks.

Certainly will do. the smell is incredible. fruity/strawberry/skunky not much for a 2 foot plant but the buds are actually fluffy/dense. def look way better than the sample bud i tried at 7 weeks. thanks for checking her out. =]

from the look of your buds, the amount of white pistols which looks like about 60/40 , you could have let them go alot longer and they would have pumped up and matured. wat does the bud look like wen its dried?

on closer inspection theres those evil little yellow flowers in the bud so tha fair enough u chopped it early, looks like some tasty bud none the less, gud calyx to leaf ratio

i decided to clip the lower branches which leaves me with i think 4-6 more branches and the main cola which im letting them go for another week. other people have been saying let it go for another 5-7 days which i am doing. if i had the containers and started in april and may this would be a deluxe harvest because i found another key thing for MJ and thats CALCIUM. when you get a chance to grow always leave the eggshells you have leftover in your watering pitcher through the grow. ive been changing water of coruse but man it sure does feed the girls what will keep them strong. taking new pix now of what they currently look like in the fridge i got em in. 2 days so far drying.

sounds not good but they seem alright. with the week ahead for the ones on the plant, i guess those will be the ripened of the harvest this year. but these early ones, will they give more of a cerebral high if dried and cured properly? i know all the info on growing but i just didnt take all of it out on her. future harvests i plan on doing a lot better because i just started in july on this one so. better than buying street weed and it wouldnt hurt to produce some greenery so we can breathe better lol.

doesnt appear to have. i dont see any seed pods and i checked most of the buds and they seem fine. those weird flowers dont look like male ones and the seeds are bagseed too so idk. it looks well compared to my buddies harvest. well enough to knock out the dirt and even dank around here. im also on morning glories right now. just looked at the drying pieces and its getting better. if it hermied at least it didnt affect it too much.

you dont see yellow banana type pods?(it may have just been the pic angle or something). I have had hermies that were pretty potent, i wasnt implying yours wasnt. yea, it doesnt appear to have went far along enough to effect it negatively, but if there are pollen sacks it has probably already initiated seed growth.

thanks for helping me see when iw as blind lol. i had no idea what they were but now i am heads up about it. their isnt too many of them and if their are, they havent affected the potency or seed filling because i havent seen any seeds form completely yet. so that goes to show what that football looking thing was at around6-7 weeks on one of the lower buds. dang it. i got a lady gaga. haha jk. it seems pretty potent. all i see are the banana things. shehe is getting cut down later this week fully so ill have more updates. keep yall posted.

and if you use eggshells dont be hesitant from the smell of your crop at harvest time. it smells so bad its good. really skunky. reaaaaaaaaaaaaly skunky haha.

it has to be because they smell and all i watered with was eggshelled decomposed water. the eggshells i collected through the grow were palced in the watering pitcher and left the whole time and stired occasionally when i would water her. whatever it is its really strong cus i just put the buds into glass jars and my mom came into my room cus her work clothes are in the closet and she yelled at me for smoking haha. whatever eggshells have(calcium carbonate-main ingedient in Lime and other vitamins n minerals) have made this green smell utterly skunky. goes to show that the dank weed we find is just dried n cured right and cut down to harvest at the appropriate time period. most dank isnt even dank. sometimes mids are better. depends u know

eggshells are just really good for compost and for your plants. organics to the bone besides fox farm etc. heres pix of the main/top cola

yea organics are best. Did you use fertilizer? i have used miracle gro (non organic)VEG and BLOOM, with good results, you just gotta flush well. But this next season, i think im just gonna start some real good compost and soil with worms an some other things to support macro and micro growth and start a garden for years would be nice to have so the soil is perfect and the genetics are stable to the area.
