back and chest acne-any help out there??

I have some acne on my chest and on my back, and i figured maybe you guys could give me some tips to get rid of it?
I have had it for a while and its very stubborn and hard to get rid of
If anyone has ANY help at all it would be much appreciated

i shower once or twice a day, and always use a scrub on my chest and back, but my skin is naturally oily, and so i have a hard time getting rid of this, and its becoming annoying as its now summer, and i feel self concious without a shirt

Yeah the best thing for you to do will go to the dermatologist, but if you don't want to spend the cash, but check carefully cause a lot of insurance doesn't cover it, but some do so check out your plan, and if its covered it will be cheap as hell, if not try the over the counter products like proactive or whatever the hell else is out there, there's gotta be one that will work pretty well, but nothing like the prescribed meds

I find just otc stuff works great for me. i get back acne from working out and i use Spectro Jel and it works great

the key is to keep your internal body basic (alkaline) and the outside of your body (skin and hair) acidic.

try going to earthclinic.org for holistic remedies

btw how old are you?? it could jus be puberty, testosterone, and hormones ya kno

Most insurances do cover some stuff, but you gotta check with em before you ask your doctor for a specific one... even if they cover it, you are still going to be looking at paying $40 a month (plus a deductible if you haven't met yours). A good one is Benzaclin-Clindamycin.
