Avg Plant Height for SoG method?

Forgive me for the newbish question, but I am wondering this so that I might more properly prepare and design my grow room. The question is, what is the avg. height of a plant when finished flowering when grown in a SoG? Meaning from the moment it is cloned, given about a week to veg then tossed into the flowering room? I understand methods like LST and Scrog to keep the height low but I was wondering what the height would be without these methods?
