Autumn Colors, when plants change colors, aka buds, my nuggets are turning purple and I have been trying to find out how/why.
I dont know if anybody has already started a giant thread about it on here so please dont flame me, just link me if you have the thread!
From what I have experienced, in 1 grow only so far, is that my buds - late flowering stages - are turning purple. From what I have read online, not credible sources though, is that nuggets will turn green if the plants are exposed to very low temps in their dark cycle.
What I would like to know are the following:
1. What are the temp ranges that you can SAFELY keep your grow room at without harming your plant that will cause the plant to show its autumn colors?
2. What, other than an air conditioner, can be used to cool down a grow room to a specific temp?
Right now I have a small CPU intake fan coming from my spare room with the window open, the air is very cold at night so temps reach around 45-55 degrees. I want to learn how to artificially mimic this without an intake fan or relying on cold weather.
Anybody have any knowledge on the subject? Please no 1 post noobs, I understand you may be from a different forum but I dont see the credentials and I dont trust anything a 1-20 poster says - no offense of course.
