Autos in hydro system?

My 1st grow didnt turn out so well so i was thinking about going with autos this time around. but someone told me that autos and hydroponics dont really mix well.. can someone shed some light on this cant really find any good info. If any one has any prior experience growing autos inhydro or knows of a strain that flourishes in a hydro system feel free to comment!

I was leaning toward the auto ultra lemon haze and world of seeds auto afghan kush ryder heard some good shit about these strains. im looking for quantity over quality tho so if anyone knows of a high yielding auto let me know asap

auto mazar s'pose to be highest yielding. but if ur looking for quantity u shouldnt be growin autos. they are not consistent or as potent as normal strains. i had an auto bubblicious one time that was completely finished at 5 inches tall! i guess it was a bunk seed but ill never grow autos again!.

idk bro i wanna grow reg strains but it takes too long for my liking.. ima try out autos this time see if i like em. i started growing some regular seeds and i didnt like it all i was basically growing for 3 months and it was only a foot or two tall, probably it was cause it was my first time growing but still im intrigued by autos. i have a tent also i think it would b better to fill it up with about 5 or 6 autos than just to grow 2 reg strains
