autos and lights

hi, i got this doubt better share ;) so been interested in auto strains, plants that grows into flowering free from light cycle influences on its vegetative and flowering age.. am i doing fine ¿?
of course they need light to grow .. but i was thinking that for and indoor grow using light spectrum for each phase looks useless, unless the plant changes the way she makes the photosynthesis depending if veg or flow... so if i grow with full daylight spectrum 6500K or so my plants will grow as if grow with warms 2500k at the same lumen, w, H, there will be no difference, cause light cycle doesn't affect auto flowering...
or the method warms for flow and blue for veg are the best way to do it..¿?

did i made myself clear¿? :joint:

different spectrums stimulate different sorts of growth so personally I would suggest bluer for veg and redder for flowering.

Light cycle is not the same thing as spectrum shift. Autoflowers don't need 12/12. They do need a shift from 70% or so 6500k to 70% 2700 when flower does begin.
