Autopots Coco Wedding Cake Journal - Masive Crops 2020

Hey fellow growers and cannabis connoisseurs, its time to start a new grow! This will be an updated journal for a topped and trained 8 plant grow to create a huge yielding, beautiful cola filled garden. Hope to see you join along and enjoy the ride to the finish!

GROW INFORMATION

Strain: Wedding Cake (Indica dominate) from seeds
Age: 7 days old from first growth
Environment: 5x5 Mars Hydro tent indoors
Lighting: 2x SP250 1X SP3000 (750 watts from wall)
Medium: 8x autopots using coco
Nutrients: General Hydroponics 3 part (micro, grow, bloom) + floralicious plus, Armor Si, calmag, koolbloom, orca
Equipment: 2x filtered fans (intake/outtake), 2x small interior fans, heater, humidifier

I will do Rh, temps, lighting distance with each update as they'll be constantly changing. Input and feedback always welcomed! :)

Hey, sorry about the lack of updates. The wedding cake beans were destroyed during transfer from their seedling pots... Tip - Don't set seedling pots on a high deck railing with a 10 foot drop lol uuugh.

I dropped some Kali Mist beans a week later. This is them stretching in flower week two. The inernodes spacing is nice, might have to put some hps light to hit the lowers though. The canopy is going to be evened out on Friday. This whole covid thing forced me to spend time away from the girls and they decided to party and do their own thing unsupervised lol

It's Serious Seeds Kali Mist! This is my first grow with them. Other than one of the girls being a stubborn Kush like pheno (I'll grab pics when the lights go on) they have been pretty solid generics. Handled all the stress I threw at them like Champs and easy to feed. The flowering is starting to show and should really kick in now that they're heading into week 3..... The best part begins!
 
Cool, im interested to see how the Kali Mist turns out, it was legendary back in the day, I've been thinking about trying a pack from them myself. Good luck!
 
Hey Massive sorry to hear about your mishap. There's always another crop around the corner. Plants are looking great though. Their reaching for the light and that's a sign I always like to see.

Thanks, appreciate the positivity! I was bummed, but I was only set back a few weeks. Looking forward to these girls getting their badonkadonks on.

The autopots are great! The pot size doesn't grow monsters, but super easy to grow with. My 80gal rdwc systems are a pain but the girls get huge!

My tip for Kali mist - train them early and often, they stretch like crazy during flower!

I usually only veg 4 to 5 weeks so Autpots work great for me.

That's usually what I'll run. 5 weeks is a sweet spot. In the spring I'm going to veg a single 40gal dwc bucket plant for like 20 weeks just to get photo worthy massive colas. Lol Should be fun.
