usually under great conditions with out the plant being stunted at all you can get an ounce a plant. The best yielding one i have tried is hindu kush but i hear diesel ryder is good and lowryder #1 and 2 what kinda light you got?

i got a white dwarf going under a 70 watt hps and 2 cfl's, and looking pretty good so far, leaves are beginning to get frosty!
