Hey all, first time poster. I have a Meizhi 450w LED in a 32" x 32" x 62" tent which has been great. I'm doing autoflowers for my next grow (Northern Lights x 3, Amnesia Haze x 1) and was wondering if there were any pros/cons to running the Veg and Flower switches both on. Is more better? Does it matter? I know light is food and more food is technically better but at what point does it go from benefit to detriment. Thank you in advance!

Use both from what I've heard from the led guys. I run HPS and everything is good up to the 60k Lux area. Bleaching and burn if anything more. But that's 1200w in a 4x4.

The only detriment is wear and tear on your grow lights, and also heat in your grow tent.
450watts 24/7 would cost 2.50$ per month.
I would just leave them both on.
