Welcome all to the “AUTOFLOWER CAGE MATCH”!


This is a contest designed for beginners!


Sorry advanced growers! Even though this activity is for beginners, please stop by and give us your advice and cheer on your favorite cage fighter.


Why is it a cage match? Simple! It’s a no holds bar fight to the finish! Any medium, any light, any…ANYTHING! Just follow the 3 rules and you are in!

The 3 rules:
  1. Indoor grows only.
  2. Runderalis strains only (any strain mix accepted that is an autoflower strain)
  3. One plant per person.
If you want to participate, just simply post the name of strain you are using in this thread and tell us as much detail about your strain as possible (flowering times, avg, yield, ect if possible).

The winner will be determined by a vote in the end:

1. Finishing the contest by harvesting your plant (photographic proof of you clipping the lady).

2. The overall health of the plant before harvest.

3. The consistency of updating your “contender” in this thread (i.e. teaching others what you are doing, show everyone what you use and why, ect).

Hey Kulong when do you plan to start this, I have 3 weeks left on a current grow but would like to enter, can you wait a month???? or is that far too late??

OK here is the first contender! ME!

My contender is a “SNOWRYDER” autoflowering seed! Picture is not my plant. It is from Shortstuff's website. They are one of the seed suppliers for Attitude.

I purchased this seed from ATTITUDE SEEDBANK (pack of 5). I purchased this strain because I have to be super stealth with my grow. My space is very small. I also am not a heavy smoker. An ounce last me 2 months or more.

As stated on the Shortstuff website:

 Type : Auto flowering indica hybrid
Height : 10 – 15 inches
Harvest : 8-10 weeks from seed
Yield : 18 – 34g per plant
Indoors/Outdoors
Effect : heavy indica hit
Potency : 8/10
 Growth period :10 weeks from seed to harvest!
Seeds Per Pack : 10
“Snowryder is a 100% auto flowering strain, a hybrid of Lowryder and Snow White. This strain carries a powerful punch and is without a doubt one of the strongest Auto Flowering strains to date, Heavy Crystaling is a trade mark of snowryder, Trichomes even appear on the males! The taste and smell of this strain is very similar to Snow white / White widow so is sure to please. Yield is Avarage (15g - 25g under flouros per 6" pot) and the plants stay short (12" - 14") Snowryder is ready to harvest 10 weeks from planting.”

I will update my equipment, medium details when I germinate tomorrow. I would of started today, but the typhoon in our city kept me inside. :mrgreen:

Can I just enter my current grow? LOL. I have 20 autos...check out my current grow. I have zero space and wont be able to get seeds for a wek or so. It does not follow the current rules set out though. How about I just pick my best one?

Ahh man! Try to get some space before next Sunday (the deadline). Until then, why don't you show some juicy pics of your 20 autos man! Making me all jealous! :p

My contender is Auto White Widow from Lowlife Seeds.

I purchased this strain because white widow was the first "real" strain i ever tried, and it remains to be one of the most potent ive tried to date, i decided to buy this because i havent smoked white widow in 6 years and because i just love the indica "stone" and sativa "high" after effect.

Type : Indica / Sativa, Mostly sativa
Flowering : Autoflowering

i would like to join. my first grow is in 5th week of 12/12. this will be my second try, but my fist auto.

Mataro Blue Auto, i received this as a freebie from attitude. the breeders, kannabia. i have wanted to try this strain for a while.
planted seed last night. not sure yet what new method i will use yet. i have experience with LST only.

Sex : Feminized
Type : mostly indica/sativa
Flowering : Autoflowering
Genetics : autoflowering, blue moonshine, la blanka, white widow.
Flowering Time : 65 days from seed
Outdoor Harvest : ?
Height : Medium
THC Level : 10 - 24%
Characteristics : autoflowering hybrid, blue with resin.

Our most demanded strain in Europe could not be missing in this list of selected crossings with Rudelaris. Although in the parameters of selection it was givenpriority to a rudelaris that was contributing height, one of the domineering features of Mataro Blue is its short height, this is why some phenotype of Automatic Mataro Blue can produce plants with short height a few times and, others, in shrub. It produces compact flowers and a big central bud. It has a slower development in growth, although it matures correctly in 65 days.

Form the Mataró heritage, it also emphasizes the massive production of trichromes that cover all the flowers and the sheets, giving it an amber appearance during the flowering and with a bluish tone at the end of the dried one. This is starting to look real good. Hey can I 12/12 from seed a plant since I dont have an auto? That will bring some people in. Auto flower or 12/12 from seed. I believe the results are real similar on average too!! What do ya think?

alright well i might as well, ive got a four day old white russian auto. shes a cross between ak 47 nd white widow. im not sure if im breaking the rules seeing how shes almost a week old now, so jus lemme kno if i cant participate. neways more on the plant. i got the seeds from lowlife. shes got a height between 12 to 14 inches nd yeilds newhere from 28 to 48 g. the thc rating on this girl is supose to b unreal, around 22 percent, but thats jus from what ive read about it. flowing time is around 8 to 10 weeks. somebody lemme kno if theres nething else i have to add.

Even though this is an autoflower activity, it would be educational to see a non-auto go 12/12 from seed and see how it compares to an auto. How about this...you join in with your 12/12 as an "exhibition" match but you cannot compete with the other autos here. Does that sound fair? This way, you can be part of the activity and we can all see the comparison!

Very nice auto strains entering! Remember to update with photographs and what you are using to grow with. Inform everyone what medium, lights, nutes, ect you are using.

I am excited! This is going to be great!

Ok Im in for exhibition purposes. I have 2 seeds cracked in a paper towel right now. I will decide which one I will exhibit and start tonight with my exhibit.

as far as supplies go, im using two 46 watt cfls 2700 k in a one gallon pot using just some organic soil not to sure wat i wanna use for nutes yet, ne advice on that would b sick, even though were in a competition lol... neways i think this is gunna b a mad fun way to show off my first grow, nd see alot of other sick autos as well, good luck to all


also bigv wat strain are u using man, cause now im kinda temptd to try that with one of my dutch passion blueberry seeds

This is exactly why I wanted to do this community activity! Get first time growers and new growers together in a little grow spar! Makes it fun!
