Auto strain recommendation?

I plan on growing some autoflowering plant(s) under a dual spectrum 125W CFL and I picked these as possible choices:

AK47-Hybrids:
Blue Barrel AK
Kabala
AK-48
Cyclops
Automatic AK-47 (by GrassOmatic)
Automatic AK47 (by Lowlife)

Automatic AK47-Hybrids:
Auto AK47 x Auto Blueberry F1
Auto AK47 x Auto Hindu Kush
Easy Ryder
Automatic AK47 x New York City Diesel
Automatic White Widow
Auto Assassin

Can anyone recommend some over others or does anyone advise against any of them? They should grow wide rather than high so they utilize more light. They should also be mold-resistant since the climate is rather humid where I live. I'm not sure if I should grow using Ebb&Flow or soil. I'd tend to use soil unless there are major advantages in using a hydroponic system when growing autos. Can I expect an ounce of bud per plant under these conditions?
 
There is no chance you will get an ounce from 1 125w cfl bulb, Thats just crazy. None the less you still will be able to grow a plant but it will need more light output when it buds. I suggest you go with easy ryder. I suggest this because you need to gain some experience before you grow some strains like blueberry or white widow. Easy ryder is a very good strain for beginners. Humidity should be low if your going to grow an auto flower strain. Also i suggest Short ryder from Nirvana is a good strain for newbies. Based on the information you gave us, i can give an intellectual guess and say that you will be probably growing in a tight spaced surrounding there for i do not recommend you grow WW or mostly sativa strains Go with Mostly indica. Less time for flowering development and more yields. Also auto ak47 and hindu kush is a good strain for you as well.

Tip - if you go with the Easy Rider...do not start nutrients until after week 4. They are very sensitive, I have two which you can compare..one has become stunted from a nuber of noobie mistakes, including over-doseing with nutrients. The Hindu Kush is quite sturdy and started flowering really early. I used CFLs also, but 125 watts isn't enough unless you can supplement with natural daylight for a few hours a day, and have really good reflective material in your box/cabinet.

I have gotten an ounce with a 68 watt cfl from a GHS Trainwreck so why cant he get an ounce from 125?
