Auto plants ....600watt...DWC.....tips/tales/woes

well those that know me i done 1 grow going on 2nd now working on the 3rd getting it set up

i like to do a DWC this time but i am not sure about the nutrients

so all u auto growers out there that do DWC can u fill in this dumb stoner on what works well ...............i know i do not want organics do to stinkie as hell and they can go bad if the water temp goes above 75

i know to order the dwc set up....stronger pump with a medium round air stone ......and to get myself one of those PH pens to test
is there anything else i need that can not be moved over from a soil grow

just a tip on the aireator
use multiple pumps and more then one stone then pipe in 2 stones in each bucket one from each of the pumps
you could T in for more then one bucket this way if one of your pumps goes out it still gets some bubbles
until you can remedy the problem

follow the directions on the label
ph your water before you mix in the nutrients
usually the bottle will tell you what ph goes in and what comes out after mixing
same goes with ppm and ec
mix your nutes up then top up with just ph'd water for a week or 2 depending on how the plant tolerates it
alot of growers just drain to waste every week to week and a half to keep from having ph issues and having to adjust
check ph regularly the quicker you know and can adjust the less of a problem your plants will have

do you have to measure your ppm and ec for DWC? How important is this?
