Auto flower questions

Hey growers it's late in the season in fact very late. I was wondering if I could do a budget grow my first to be exact. I want to grow an auto flower that gets done super super fast lightning speed from veg to flower I want it to be high yielding for an auto and still potent enough to get me a nice stone or high. Any ideas that Match the description

Is it possible to do my first grow without nutes or could I afford them? My budget is 150 dollars. I need soil and nutes and maybe something else any help would be much appreciated.

How quickly can you get everything you need, including seeds? You'll need a good 10 weeks for the grow.
Depending where you live, you might have plenty of time. Where I am in California we've got more than two months before the weather cools.
