Aussie Guerrilla Grow

Sup forum, thinking about going ahead with a guerrilla grow now i've researched most aspects of the outdoor growing process but i'm still unsure about alot of things seeing as i'm a first timer.
For a medium i've decided on a coco choir Block, perlite, mushroom compost, poultry manure, blood & bone, worm castings, dolomite lime and polymer water crystal mixture because ive heard all those ingredients are awesome for your plants and would make up a decent soil but is there a maximum i can add of each of the fertilizers (e.g. mushroom compost, blood and bone, etc) to this medium before it becomes to potent in nutes and would kill my plants? also ive heard that when using coco choir your mediums gotta be less than 50% coco choir to be classified as soil (which is what i want) but has any one got any more info on this?

As a vegetative fert im planning on using Yates Nature's Way Multi Nutrient Plant Food (N:10 - P:4 - K:6) because there's shit all alternatives over here, but im open to suggestions such as a better fertilizer or a homemade/ all organic fertilizer. For flowering however i was unable to find ANY suitable nutrients so i spent quite some time searching the web and found you could use ¼ - ½ teaspoon of Monopotassium phosphate alongside ½ to 1 whole teaspoon to every 4l of water as a flowering nute however i figured this has close to no trace nutrients so i was thinking of combining this mixture with a dose of Charlie carp organic concentrate fertilizer (N:1.6 - P:0.47 - K:0.45) but whats everyones thoughts on this, and are they any alternatives?. P.S For those that dont know Monopotassium phosphate is used in all those top end ferts most of you are lucky enough to be using (e.g. Fox farms, advanced nutrients, etc) and has a crazy NPK of 00-52-34, is fully water soluble and of course must be used in extremely small doses. What are everyones thoughts? Oh and how often will i need to use each of these?

Lastly what are the biggest producing, tallest and most suitable to a hot climate (such as the Australian east coast) strains out there? at the moment 'Big Bud - THC Bomb' is looking super promising and so is the 'Greenhouse seeds co - Thai/ Thai tanic' however greenhouse apparently has a bad rep so once again what are your thoughts?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated and remember im knew to this
