attitude seeds star rating?

just wanted to get peoples opinion on the star ratings on attitude? you guys pay any attention to them? I've seen alot of strains that the ratings seem to make sense (the better breeders got alot of 5 star strains like mr.nice), but also seen some expensive strains only get 3 and some cheaper get 5.

people tend to expect more with more expensive strains but genetic mutations can always arise and growers can always mess up. Are you looking at strains? Attitude is a pretty dam good seed bank its just the breeders you have to watch out for, some are better than others obviously

yea attitude is too good lol. I dunno what to get man, got like 20+strains bookmarked. so far grown out some greenhouse nirvana and dr. hemp seeds all were good but really wanna look for some top notch genetics now. thinking maybe I should just play it safe and go with mr.nice or sensi even though not the cheapest, just so many breeders on there I've never heard of. have you heard of Genehtik or black label seeds? any cheaper but top quality breeders you'd recommend?

Im in the same boat as you, i too have alot of boomarked strains. yes i ve heard of black label seeds not genehtik though. I ve always had good luck with barneys, best to stay away from nirvana their always a hit or miss, right now im looking at buying some from G13 or Reserva privada. Ill probably go with the g13 their always in promos on the tude and they have some mouth watering looking strains. (The picture in my avatar is a seed from nirvana but out of 4 seeds that one is the best)

i never look at that star rating on the attitudes site at all.. first of all, i've no clue as to how they came up with such a rating system, and secondly, who's doing the rating??
i like to do some research on my own on what strains i want to buy.. seedfinder.eu is a great site for strain info... also, here is another great place for such info.. if you've got an idea of what you want, go ahead and put a list up of your choices and see what other members here have to say about them.. always worked well for me in the past..
what type of smoke do you like, indica couch lock stuff or more soaring creative sativas??

i got some ww from nirvana but there seedlings so i dont know about them yet,mr.nice black widow a friend grew were fucking great i dought nirvana comes close to that,and blue cheese from barneys farm was good also

Its a shame they discontiuned their regual strain but at least they still have fems

thanks for the reply. yea I kinda figured that with the ratings too, and saw alot of the pricier strains getting top ratings so figured it was bs. the cheaper ones I posted in 1st post are what made me think maybe theres something more to it.

I guess looking for 1 of each indica/sativa and a good hybrid to keep as mothers, so thats about as vague as it can get lol sorry. really I just want some top quality gentics of anything. any smaller/cheaper breeders on attitude you'd recommend? looking through the list theres too many, I usualy google them looking for smoke reports but alot of the smaller ones don't bring up much.

.. hmm. a really nice indica or indica dom strain.. let me think.. there's tons of them, you're right, lol.. i really liked mk ultra from th seeds, it's kush hydrid and a very tasty smoke and nice high.. hmm, what else.. if you're a kush fan, i'd suggest pretty much anything from cali connection as they seem to have a lock on the kushes.. their tahoe is supposed to be beyond bomb, and if you like lemony taste to your buds, larry og is nice as well..
as for something sativa dom, i'm growing sour hazy jones from cannaseur atm, and i've seen the smoke report that my buddy the skunk munky put up on this site about it which pretty much was the deciding factor in my growing it now, lol..
diesel's are also another nice choice for a sativa dom, and cali con has a nice diesel, and i really liked g13's diesel surprisingly strong taste and high.
you could also go with say a killer sativa like jack herer from sensi or even super silver haze from mr nice, neither of which are cheap though..

If you scroll down on the pick n mix, you'll see an individual rating of 5 stars, but an OVERALL rating of "3." So why highlite the one that gave it 5 stars? And mathematically speaking, the average "overall" would be 5 stars if that individual rating was the only one that rated. And why did the whole-pack OG get a 5-star rating along with more individual ratings when you scroll down? Their system is something I NEVER go by, because like Racerboy said, I go google smoke/grow reports to see what I'm getting in to, but it is kind of annoying that they run the best seed distribution on the planet (literally) yet their rating system is S H I T.

if you like indicas try romulan from next generation. you can only get it in a regular order but shake a bit of pollen and you will have all the beans you need. i love this plant many people use it cross other plants. it gives you a real trippy high 100% indica.
