i wouldnt buy from them again my first order i bought 1 super lemon haze and got a royal kush and lemon skunk free
the kush and skunk both cracked and the haze didnt i emailed them and they said if i send them the seed + bag it was in +another 10 for delivery and they would replace i was like no thanks il just keep my shit seed and my 10er and never buy from you again .they didnt email back to that.....peace

Eh put yourself in their shoes, If they didn't require you to go through some kind of motion you could just lie to them and say this was cracked and get free extra's. From a business point of view I understand why they would do that, however from a customer service point of view it sounds like they could have handled the situation a little better. But now when you approached them was your attitude that of a pissed off customer, or a customer who needs helps with an issue? A lot of factors could play into why your experience was bad, I have ordered from them without a single issue a couple times now, and out of all the seedbanks around I feel they are one of the better and safer ones, and to me thats what counts, I don't ever expect great service from somebody providing anything illegal, because its just that, illegal. What are you going to do if you get ripped off? Dr.Chronic sent me a "US Customs seizer letter" when I made my 2nd order with him, However the paper looked like a cheap copy of a copy, had no case number and nothing ever came of it as well, however its not like I can goto authorities and say hey this guy in a foreign country didn't send me my illegal seeds....

I ordered from them a few months ago. They had a good selection, and good prices. Seeds came, as ordered, in about 10 days, including the free ones. The packaging from supplier came with it, and was very cool.

Not 1 single issue in 8 diffrent orders.
Out of 50+ beans only 5 failed and to me that is great.
Oh and they where all fem seeds with no hermies.
Lets put things into perspective here.
My 1 and only order from dr.chronic was biggie small and he threw in some free critically smashed seeds.
Out of 20 seeds only 5 germed and they where all males.
Did i bitch and complain like these little girls do about attitude no.
I did contact him and he said he would make it right.
The new batch he sent was NO better,But again i did not cry like a girl.
Nirvana the same a few issues there and the stealth leaves alot to be desired.

Yeah I had a terrible germ rate with my first order from Doc, but it was Mr. Nice early queen and nirvana big bud, 0/10 on the Mr.Nice and 4/10 on the nirvana big bud, however I blamed it on the breeders not the supplier. At the time I had read alot about bad Mr.Nice batches and Nirvana is just a cheap vendor in general. So my theory was bad/cheap breeders next time I'll go big, so I do and I order nice Fems a $300 order and of course what happens I get a cheesy looking customs letter and nothing more, no replys from the doc when emailed nothing... a few weeks later HG420 went down for mysterious DNS switch over out of nowhere then 8months later when the hosting was up it was gone and thats when it all clicked..

It's the only seedbank I'v ordered from,
paid with a MO, shipped to me within 8 days of recieving payment.

5 orders, Never a problem.

they suck, their spammers suck, and their bad attitude sucks. id never order from em.

oh and they also keep a list of everyone who orders from them so if you value your security might wanna think twice before ordering!

I have bought from them 4 or 5 times and been very satisfied. Each order arrived in the USA west in about a week with a nice stealthy package.

if they were so great why do they have to hire kids to come on here and pimp their wares? how much are they paying you kids to start all these threads?
