attitude guaranteed shipping question

Okay so i have searched the web high and low for the answer to my question and all i seem to find is conflicting information, my question is does attitude seeds gurenteed shipping cover seeds confiscated by the US government?

If you send the letter showing they were confiscated and are very polite, they will replace your order. Of course, if you have had several "missing orders" they will just tell you to go somewhere else.

I would very much doubt they would get involved , their packaging is good and highly unlikely to come open and also discreet imo

See what i mean by the conflicting info? I think im gonna split my order up into 2 separate orders and get guaranteed on both just to make sure i get some seeds, i have been reading for hours, it is hurting my head and i still haven't found a definitive answer to my question. I appreciate all feedback i can get but i would really like to hear from people who have personally had their seeds seized and their packages delivered, so i know if attitude will resend the lost seeds...
