Attic grow, need veg room/ScROG Suggestions please

I am almost finished building my space in the attic. It's taken about a month quietly working nights (nosey neighbors).
Anyway, I attached a layout of what I got going on.

This is built in the attic with a false gable, secret passage doors and all. Very hidden but decent size.

Only problem is the height.

Veg. Room Size: 2' x 4' with a max height @ 36"

Flowering Room Size: 4' x 7' w/ max height @ 5' (3 1/2 Feet from top of 3x3 table)

I want to grow ScROG, but is this going to be a problem if I want to have a continuous flowering room? I don't want to have to change the bulbs out everytime I start a new crop.

Im very open minded, I have limited experince in this, any help would be much appreciated!

Does anyone have a good setup for a veg room this small. And will I have enough room to have a rotation straight into the flowering room or will I have to veg in the flowering room a couple weeks to get my plants growing through the screen before starting 12/12?

Im growing white widow, I have 30 seeds ready to germinate as soon as have my space 100%
