Attic Grow bug problems

found a bee and a stink bug on and around my plants today i thought my attic was completely sealed off from outside but i guess not

whats works the best to get rid of these problems?

Well, bee's and stink bugs aren't necessarily enemies (as far as I know) but I use one of these when I bring plants inside to flower. If you have fish, protect them well. I'd likely just hand kill the bee and stinker, or wait a couple weeks and they should be gone, unless you're way south?
