at a loss as to how to lower my temps

I have a 5x4x2.5' grow room constructed out of styrofoam insulation, with three 3" intake fans and three 3" outtake fans. Before spring rolled around I was easily able to control the temps and keep them hovering around 75 degrees, but now with the hotter outside weather (an open window to outside helped cool my grow room), I am unable to control my grow room temperature, and it climbs up to around 85. I have a humidifier going pretty much 24/7, and with that plugged in the plants can take a little bit of a heat spike, but I doubt a 10 degree spike is alright for the plants.

My question is, how can I further reduce the temp. inside of the grow room?

Pics? Turn on the AC if applicable, or reduce the heat from the light source (lower wattage)

Your plants will probably be fine up to 90F, after that the heat stress will stunt their growth. Some strains are more resistant to high temperatures then others. More info

Unfortunately I can't upload pics right now, but I can better describe my setup. Basically, I'm using a combination of cfl's and fluorescent tubes to light my plant. I have four 100 watt equivalent clfs within two inches of the plants, and there's no real way to cool those bulbs. The strain I am growing is called big bud (it's my first grow so I decided to go cheap on seeds), and it originates from Oregon where the temps are around 75 to 90 during the summer months. I was thinking though that maybe I could get a cheap personal ac, but I just don't wanna overload my circuit breaker.

These pics I was running two T5 and two T12... I've got a 430 HPS in that small area now.. 22" x 20" x 5ft.. I use one fan overhead (heat rises) but will add a bottom in one for summer(blow in cooler lower air).. my temps are at about 80-90...
thats what they'd have outside... air movement is the key even if hot.. the oven effect is what I think causes the problem..IMO..

def. oven effect, is there a way to string up a simple dryer hose with an exhaust fan out just put dont pull in any air from outside let it come in through the house and get cooled off...if that makes sense

had the same problem here... added a small ac..downside is they are like 500kwh watts to run...im a texas grower so i know its hotter than Oregon it is something with the set up u have keep me posted bro!

Thanks for all the suggestions, I think I'm going to install one to two more 3" fans close to the bottom of the grow room. The air, I hope, should help cool and circulate around the cfls.

This is my first grow, and it's really crazy how many problems and obstacles I am continually running into....never thought growing a simple plant could be so difficult....thank god for RIU.
