Asthma

Does smoking pot actually help asthma? I read it in an article somewhere then when I said it to my friends they all laughed at me. I just recently heard it was true again from somewhere. I'm just curious if anyone knows for sure. Just got out of class and it's time to pack a bowl.

I have no idea if smoking cannabis helps relieve asthma. I do know there used to be a product marketed in the UK called Potter's Asthma Cigarettes which were supposed to contain Jimson Weed. People would make tea out of them and trip their asses off.

Well asthma is basically is the constriction of the alveoli in the lungs decreasing lung capacity. Marijuana used as medicinal purposes can indeed expand your lung capacity to essentially help you breath easier. That can be debated because there are strains that are very harsh. Now if the marijuana is properly cured then harhness is not an issue.
